陈小波,男,博士,特聘教授,研究员,博士生导师,山东省“泰山学者”青年专家,江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才,烟台市优秀共产党员,斯坦福全球前2%顶尖科学家,美国北卡罗莱纳大学教堂山分校博士后,南京理工大学模式识别与智能系统(国家重点学科)博士,IEEE高级会员。山东省高校“交通信息智能感知与控制”工程研究中心主任,教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心通讯评议专家,学术桥评审专家库成员,AI andAutonomous Systems期刊青年编委。20余个国际知名期刊特邀审稿人。在国内外学术期刊和会议发表论文130余篇,包括IEEE TITS,IEEE TVT,IEEE TIV,IEEE TIM,IEEE TNNLS,IEEE TCYB, IEEETCSS, IEEE IOTJ,IEEERAL等国际权威期刊。发表的论文被谷歌学术引用3600余次,单篇最高被引用400余次,9篇论文被引用超过100次,H指数31,拥有授权发明专利9项。主持科研项目十余项,包括国家自然科学基金3项、国家重点研发计划子课题1项。获得亚洲模式识别大会最佳论文奖、中国模式识别大会最佳学生论文奖、南京理工大学优秀博士论文。科研成果获得中国商业联合会科学技术奖一等奖、江苏省科学技术奖一等奖、中国智能交通协会科学技术奖二等奖等。更多信息见实验室主页:https://xbchen82.github.io/。
